YG-1 has strengthened its drill line-up with launching of a new product – “Dream Drills Pro”. “Dream Drills” is a representative drill brand of YG-1 and has a wide product range such as MQL, HIGH FEED, FLAT BOTTOM, ALU, HIGH HARDENDED, INOX according to customers’ various machining purposes and applications.
The newly developed Dream Drills Pro is optimized for steel and cast iron machining, and high cutting speed is one of its main features. It holds not only high level of hardness and heat resistance with a special coating technology of YG-1, but also shows excellent surface finish with the most optimal flute shape design. Furthermore, the unique wave-shaped cutting edge design reduces the cutting force and also increases the chip evacuation rate which improves the machining efficiency.
Dream Drills Pro covers the drilling tools depth from 3XD to 5XD would be officially launched at the end of February 2020. It is expected to be able to meet the customers’ needs efficiently with various size range from Ø1 to Ø20.
